These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pushpanjali Villa website (pushpanjalivilla.com) and your booking of rooms, wedding venues, banquet halls, or dining services with Pushpanjali Villa, located at Pipra Road, Gaurav Gadh, Near Ganga Petrol Pump, Supaul, Bihar 852131. By submitting a booking or enquiry through this website, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Enquiries

Submitting a form on this website (Stay Booking, Wedding Enquiry, or Banquet Enquiry) is a request, not a confirmed reservation. All bookings are confirmed only after our team has contacted you directly and verbally or in writing confirmed availability, dates, and pricing. A reference number is generated at the time of submission for your records, but does not by itself guarantee a booking.

Room Bookings

• Standard check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
• Room rates communicated at the time of booking confirmation are valid for the dates confirmed and are subject to change for other dates.
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for all guests, in line with standard hospitality practice in India.

Wedding & Banquet Bookings

• Wedding and banquet dates are confirmed only upon mutual agreement between the guest and Pushpanjali Villa, typically supported by an advance payment — details are communicated directly during the booking process.
• Guest capacity, catering, and décor arrangements are finalised in consultation with our events team ahead of the event date.
• Any damage to venue property caused during an event by the host party or their guests/vendors may be chargeable to the host.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms (including any applicable refund of advance payments) are communicated at the time of booking confirmation and may vary by booking type, season, and how far in advance the cancellation is made. Please confirm cancellation terms directly with our team before finalising a booking.

User Responsibilities

By submitting a form on this website, you confirm that the information you provide (name, contact details, dates, guest counts) is accurate. Submitting false, spam, or malicious information may result in your enquiry being disregarded.

Liability

Pushpanjali Villa takes reasonable care for the safety and comfort of all guests on the property. Pushpanjali Villa is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where caused directly by our negligence. Guests and event hosts are responsible for the conduct of their own guests and vendors while on the property.

Website Use

The content on this website (text, images, and video) is the property of Pushpanjali Villa or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without consent. We aim to keep information on this site (room categories, pricing, availability) accurate and current, but details should always be confirmed directly with our team before finalising any booking.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Supaul, Bihar.
